All payments are processed via Paypal see www.paypal.com.au or via Direct Bank Deposit using customers own banking system.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and or returned goods.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. All products are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order. Once orders are processed NO cancellation will be accepted.

Goods Damaged or Lost in Transit

All Internet generated orders are sent to you via Australia Post Receipted Delivery. Kegs Online take all care with the packaging and dispatch of your order, however we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit, once the order is passed to the carrier. If damage or loss occurs in transit please contact us through our Feed Back form quoting your order number printed at the top of your receipt and we will attempt to resolve the problem.
